HVAC/Sheet Metal worker New Construction - Vancouver/Portland

Job Description: We are looking for a commercial HVAC/Sheet Metal installer. We're looking for those with HVAC and sheet metal experience. Those with limited experience may be required to attend and commit to a 4 year apprenticeship program, paid by JRT.

• Layout, measure, and mark out dimensions
• Assemble and Install heating, ventilating, and air conditioning duct work
• Install copper refrigerant lines, including brazing and soldering
• Assemble and install HVAC equipment
• Work off of sheet metal shop drawings and plans to install duct work and equipment
• Take field measurements, calculate offsets, and perform layouts
• Follow all established safety rules and regulations
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment
• Complete any tasks assigned by HVAC foreman

Qualifications:

• Lift a minimum of 75 pounds safely
• Ability to work in scissor lifts when necessary

Pay: $23.00 - $42.00 per hour DOE
